At VEHLA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear; if your frames aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, including the protective case and cleaning cloth.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the eyewear securely in its original packaging, ensuring the protective seal is intact and all accessories are included.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
